Refund policy
- Returns: We do not accept returns for refunds.
Exchanges:
- Exchange is possible only in case of manufacturing defects.
- Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery by emailing/WhatsApping us with your order number and product pictures.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags/packaging intact.
- Customers will bear the reverse shipping cost to send the product back to us. Once received and verified, we’ll dispatch the exchange free of charge.
- Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 24 hours with images. We’ll arrange a replacement.
- Non-exchangeable items: Sale items, customized orders, and collaboration pieces are not eligible for return/exchange.
